In accordance with the provisions of the Texas Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code notice is hereby given that a Regular Meeting of the governing body of the City of Ellinger, Texas, will be held on August 22nd, 2024 at 6:00pm at City Hall, located at 101 W. Shumacher St., Ellinger, Texas.

Public comment. All comments are limited to 3 minutes

1. Update on TDA funding.
2. Update on GLO funding.
3. Discuss and take action on inter-local agreement with Fayette County.
4. Discuss future notification of R.O.W. and easements.
5. Discuss future enforcement of City Ordinances.
6. Discuss and take action on Procurement Opportunity Posting.
7. Discuss size of EOC/Maintenance building.
